I provide counseling services for preschool and elementary age children offering support and tools that help clients as they navigate a range of experiences such as anxiety, divorce, grief & loss, emotional regulation & ADHD.
I also offer parent sessions during our work together and provide a safe place for parents to share their hopes and fears as they help their children navigate growing into the best and healthiest version of themselves.
In our sessions together I will bring over 28 yrs of experience as a therapist serving children and families (outpatient & in schools) and 26 yrs of learning and personal growth raising two children. I have hand-picked each item in my play/art therapy office to help meet the needs of my clients.
