At Griffith Centers, I am a pre licensed Psychotherapist with the Department of Regulatory Agencies in the State of Colorado, I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Humor and celebrating mistakes are key techniques that I use daily! After all we are only human right! I enjoy working with young adults, teens, adults, couples, and families, and have been able to implement a solution based, cognitive behavioral approach that has empowered people to reach their fullest potential. I have been able to hone my skills by working in a multitude of environments, from prisons to clients’ residential homes.
