I have helped people of many ages and backgrounds to overcome past trauma, anxiety, depression, conflicts, alter dysfunctional patterns and actualize their potentials to toward recovery and fulfillment. Overall, I offer therapy in a compassionate, safe and nonjudgmental way and environment.
I work with children using play and art therapy, including sand tray. I also build meaningful and effective relationships with teens to bring stability and contentment. Adults who are dealing with many different issues have also experienced a transformation in their life as a result of this effective, meaningful therapy.
Besides traditional talk therapy techniques, I use EMDR to treat clients from ages 3 to 83! It can be used for many different issues to bring changes in your life in a powerful way. It is an amazing way to help you transform your life quickly and effectively.
