I have a passion is to help people heal personally and in their most important relationships. My therapeutic approach is based in attachment theory. Feeling securely connected to those most important to us is the foundation of growth and productivity. If you have found yourself stuck in an unhealthy repetitive cycle whether with your partner, at work, with family members or with friends I'd love to help! Most of us are caught in a cycle or loop that we have no idea how to get out of and keep repeating the same pattern. I can help you identify the patterns your are stuck in and help you get out.
I work with both individuals and couples who want to change, grow and find healing. I began my journey of healing and personal transformation around the age of 23 years old and am still on that path! I have not 'arrived' but I now understand what my attachment injuries are, how they impact my life. and how to heal them. I help clients do the same!
I believe it's important to find the right therapist and that can be hard. I offer a free 20 minute Zoom session to allow you to get to know me a bit and ask me any questions as well as, let me example how we would work together.
