About
Are you struggling with depression, low self-esteem, or challenging life situations? Are you in the LGBTQ community and having trouble with relationships, family issues, or the coming out process? There are times that we all need support, direction, and someone to walk along side us. I can help you learn to not fear your unwanted emotions and instead to face them, and the situations in your life, head on. It takes a tremendous amount of courage to reach out for help. Contact me today and let's work together to fully understand where your pain is coming from.
I specialize in working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also have a passion for those in the LGBTQ+ community and the unique issues that we face on our journey. I use a holistic approach in my work with individuals; including mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.
I am accepting new clients! I am currently offering phone and video sessions. In order to accommodate various schedules, I have availability during business hours, evenings, and on the weekends. I accept Medicaid through Colorado Access for individuals who live in Adams, Denver, Arapahoe, and Douglas counties.
