I work with both athletes and non-athletes to use the combined power of body and mind to improve symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress and the related physical health symptoms that can include immune, gut and skin conditions. (Conditions such as Fibromyalgia, RA, Psoriasis, IBS, Lupus and many others can be partially caused, flared or prolonged due to psychological stress).
I use a sophisticated combination of somatic, movement and mindfulness techniques along with traditional psychotherapy approaches to heal symptoms, resolve the underlying causes and to improve health and happiness, with your work, your home and your sport.
Research shows successful therapy is most often predicted by a good connection between therapist and client, so finding the right person for you is essential! To help with that I offer a 15 minute free phone consult so we can make sure we're a fit before we start working together. If we're not a good match I'll try to find the right person for you.
