The Reclaiming Our Lives Group is a trauma-focused group which addresses life challenges that have may have caused you to be stuck in the past due to unresolved pain or trauma from childhood, past or current life problems. It is a confidential group that addresses physical abuse, mental abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, bullying, etc. for women and men separately.

The Overcoming Addiction Group is a group for those persons who are addicted to alcohol and drugs who want to overcome dependencies on substances. It is a co-ed group that focuses on addressing the underlying reasons for the addiction and coping strategies to help maintain sobriety. It is a trauma-focused recovery group for adults.
