About
When clients first reach out to me, they often feel depressed, anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed but are unsure about what steps to take to feel better. Clients also reach out because they want to further their understanding of their experience or need help navigating challenging situations or relationships. And then there are others who feel stuck and seek to change patterns in their lives.
I take an active and collaborative approach, and strive to create an environment that is safe, supportive, and honest. With my help, we will work together to create positive changes. Through therapy, you will gain insight, learn new ways of thinking or being, and ultimately apply these practices to enhance your life.
I incorporate psychodynamic, relational, cognitive-behavioral, and humanistic orientations into an integrative approach tailored to meet your individual needs. Please feel free to reach out to me.
