You feel anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, stuck...like you’ve lost yourself in this season of life. Whether you're trying to conceive, adjusting to life with a newborn, grieving a major loss, or processing difficult childhood experiences, I offer a nonjudgmental, trauma-informed therapy space to help you unpack the heaviness and feel like you again.
For over a decade, I've supported grieving adults and families as they navigate life after loss. Having kids of my own, I became passionate about helping new parents feel calm, confident, and capable, and find small moments of connection and joy in parenting. I am particularly enthusiastic about working with parents of multiples, being a twin mom myself.
With me you will find that tears are welcome, but laughter is too. My clients appreciate that I bring my sense of humor into our session, give direct feedback, and maintain a warm and positive energy, even when we are talking about tough topics.
