I provide high quality counseling services to my clients and work with you to build upon your strengths to meet your goals. I work from a trauma-informed care lens and believe in the mind-body connection. I offer Walk/Talk therapy sessions to those clients who want a more active approach. I am a certified EMDR therapist and I believe this therapy can be life changing. Although I have a waitlist for talk therapy, I now offer EMDR intensives which gives you exclusive access to reserved appointments! Instead of weekly sessions, intensives involve longer, uninterrupted blocks of time and can provide relief faster! Call for details!
I work with pre-teen/teens (ages 12+) and adults. From managing stress to more complex issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma; I am here to help you. I use a variety of techniques in order to individualize my counseling services to your individual needs and preferences.
