I provide high-quality, compassionate counseling and work collaboratively with you to build on your strengths and move toward your goals. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed care, mind-body approach that honors how lived experiences shape both emotional and physical well-being. I offer Walk/Talk therapy for clients who prefer a more active, movement-based approach to healing. I am also a Certified EMDR Therapist and have seen how powerful and life-changing EMDR can be in helping clients process trauma and find lasting relief.

I work with pre-teen/teens (ages 12+) and adults. From managing stress to more complex issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma; I am here to help you. I use a variety of techniques in order to individualize my counseling services to your individual needs and preferences.

I welcome clients of all races, cultural, religious/ethnic backgrounds and sexual orientations. My goal is to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment so you can learn and grow within yourself, in your relationships, and your experiences.
