Do you find yourself navigating through a transition or new season and you can't figure out why it feels so hard. Are you a hard worker, naturally a helper, and you just can't figure out how to move towards move of what you want in your life? I work with high achieving young adults/ adults who are experiencing life transitions- such as going to college, becoming a parent, getting married, dating, work stress, grief & loss, disappointment, spiritual issues, & relationship/family issues. Do you want to understand ways that your past may be impacting your present? I love working in the perinatal mental health world.

I believe that we are complex people and I work from a lens of exploring your whole life. I value creating a safe place space to understand your true identity & thrive in your current situation. I utilize tools such as EMDR, narrative therapy, and other models. I am collaborative in nature and love providing additional psycho education resources.

You don’t have to walk alone! It is my desire that clients can learn to be present in their daily lives and persevere with hope for the future. I consider it a honor to help clients hold even that mustard seed of hope and watch it grow. I have specialized training in trauma, EMDR, perinatal mental health, life transitions, grief and loss, and anxiety work.
