Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but it’s important to remember that you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, work stress, relationship struggles, or a life transition, we can navigate these challenges together. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which allows us to examine your thoughts and identify patterns that might be affecting your emotions and behaviors. We can develop practical coping strategies and create a plan to move forward with greater clarity and hope. Taking that first step can be daunting, but together we can begin working toward positive change.
I come from a primarily cognitive behavioral background, and also use mindfulness strategies to help clients relax and reduce stress or anxiety. I use psycho-education to help clients understand where their symptoms stem from. Let’s work together to come up with realistic solutions to whatever difficulties you're currently facing.
