I specialize in complex grief, trauma and high-functioning depression. Using EMDR, somatic, and trauma-informed therapy, I help clients process experiences in a way that supports emotional regulation, eases overwhelm and brings clarity to layered or unresolved grief.

This group is for women navigating grief that doesn’t feel simple, finished, or easy to move on from. Some losses linger, shift over time, or feel hard to put into words. Steady as Stone offers a calm, supportive space to explore grief at your own pace—without pressure to fix it or find closure.
