I believe that healing is an attitude that is available to everyone and comes from within, which often needs coaxing and cultivating. Healing is not necessarily a state of perfect physical or mental health but is a range of positive adaptations that can be taught and learned. I use a person-centered approach, collaborating with my clients to work towards healing the whole person and improving their quality of life. I enjoy working with individuals, families, couples, adolescents, and children on a variety of different issues. I look forward to walking beside my clients with compassion and empathy, as they explore their own path.
I practice with passion and integrate hypnotherapy, mindfulness, positive psychology, somatic and experiential processes, resourcing and tapping in to help clients heal their nervous system and move beyond difficult symptoms into regenerative solutions. Everything needed is found within, and discovering this is transformational.
