As a Christian Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to help you heal from the wounds of the past and be transformed into who God created you to be.
I desire to help people experience emotional and spiritual growth and restoration that will last. I incorporate biblical counsel using the Word of God, the leading of the Holy Spirit and prayer. I have experience working with children, individuals and couples. I also have a passion to help people who have experienced trauma and am trained in EMDR.
Being a trauma survivor myself, I believe that Christian counseling is a vital part of recovery. I also have a passion to help couples improve their emotional and spiritual connection. Being married for 24 years and facing the many challenges we have faced has fueled me to find the healthiest marriage I can have and I want to impart this to others.
