I am a dedicated licensed clinical mental health counselor with experience providing outpatient counseling for children (9+), adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have experience using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy all from a holistic approach. I offer Christian counseling that integrates sound biblical principles with proven clinical interventions upon request.
I have worked with in home family counseling, outpatient counseling setting as well as working with children in foster care.
Reaching out for help is not always easy and can cause anxiety. My goal is to make you as comfortable as possible. Non-traditional sessions including coffee meetups and walk and talks are available after the initial session.
