I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist and am trained in Interpersonal Psychotherapy. All aspects of the parenting journey can bring on unexpected challenges and stressors for mothers, fathers and caregivers alike.
I aim to empower and provide tools to navigate pregnancy and postpartum related concerns including infertility and pregnancy loss. The parenting journey is a vulnerable and at times isolating experience. With the proper guidance and support, healing can occur, providing you with the opportunity to feel stronger and more equipped in this season of life.
