Hello! Is your child or teen struggling? Are you a young adult looking for support? I specialize in helping children, teens and young adults get through tough times. Kids often have a harder time knowing when they need help. They may act out with eccentric behavior, or keep it all in, seeming suddenly sad and reserved. Young adults can often use a supportive space to open up about their own unique challenges. In therapy, we find tools to communicate what's hard and develop confidence and a strong sense of self along the way.

I specialize in working with anxiety, helping kids and young adults develop coping skills and a personal sense of strength. I have a knack for making a connection, even through nervousness, fear, or resistance. I bring a calm, easy presence, warm-hearted compassion and a sense of humor to sessions. This makes therapy a place you or you child want to be.
