I have been a therapist for over 34 years and have a background in both mental health and substance abuse.
I am trained in several different therapeutic disciplines, including EMDR, and work to tailor treatment to your needs. I provide exercises and tools to help you achieve what you desire. I believe we all need a “toolbox “ of skills to help us navigate our way to a more authentic life, and work with you to customize your tools to your individual needs.
