If worry is stealing your sleep, your moods swing fast, or Sundays bring a heavy pit in your stomach, I can help. Keeping up at work, showing up at home, and dealing with personal issues without proper support is too much for anyone. And juggling daily tasks, managing relationships, and trying to stay afloat, all while carrying the heavy weight of worry or sadness is completely overwhelming. I work mostly with adults stuck in loops of anxiety, low mood, grief, or that have relationship strain or big life changes that won’t settle down. I believe things can get better, and that I can help you, or I wouldn't be doing this work.
I’m a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and have additional training to help clients find significant relief from anxiety and avoidance.
I’ll help you identify and adjust the thought patterns that keep you stuck, make sure you feel valued, understood, and accepted, and learn skills for managing stress and any difficult emotions.
Every person has inherent worth and value, and I want you to feel that from our very first session. I'll be the trusted, motivating support person that everyone deserves to help them breathe easily, sleep soundly and feel "okay".
If you think I can help you, please reach out today. You'll get a response within one business day, but probably later today.
