I'm originally from California & have lived in Charlotte for several years. I'm a licensed therapist, LCSW with a degree in psychology and a Master’s in clinical social work. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and applied behavioral neuroscience.
I'm skilled at treating many mental health challenges and general issues, including anxiety, OCD, ADHD, abandonment, childhood abuse issues, PTSD, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, burnout, and more.
