I specialize in treating complex trauma and PTSD, am trained in EMDR and utilize a direct and somatic approach to help clients heal. I work with couples and adults who are struggling with relationship conflict, parenting, communication, pregnancy/postpartum, infertility, boundaries, and self-esteem. We can address the hard and have some laughs along the way!
