My clients range from ages 10 years old to 75. I work with clients who have experienced PTSD, childhood abuse, dissociative disorders, as well, as anxiety and depression. Many of my clients have had cognitive behavior therapy for years, yet, still are struggling with past trauma. I work with different modalities that help clients get to the root of what is holding them back and help guide them with moving forwards in their lives.
I specialize in trauma focus work, using an electric style of therapy. I incorporate Brainspotting, EMDR, RRT, and Hypnotherapy in working with clients. I believe our inner experience is directly related to our external one. Psychotherapy is an excellent way to change both for the better.
I have been trained in Brainspotting, EMDR, RRT, and Hypnotherapy.
