I am a former Olympic athlete and current life coach who enjoys helping my clients rediscover the vitality of their spirits. I believe that every person can achieve excellence, freedom, and a greater degree of joy in their life. My job is to help you discover the strength and greatness that is already within you, and figure out how to share it with the world. I have a warm, open, grounded presence that puts people at ease. We become healthier as we resonate with what our hearts truly desire, and learn to let go of the repetitive patterns and blocks that get in the way of that expression.
Athletics taught me mental focus, boldness, subtlety, patience, and steadfastness. I bring the same qualities to every client's issues, and more importantly, I help them access those states within themselves. Between the poles of discipline and surrender there is flow, a state where power and relaxation combine to produce our highest creativity.
