For 20 years, I worked as a professional horse trainer and coach, developing a holistic relationship-based approach that integrated mind, body, and spirit. My healing path led me to become a Reiki Master teacher, ThetaHealing Practitioner, and 200 hour certified yoga instructor. All this grounded my practice in somatic awareness and experiential healing.
Incorporating grounding, breathwork, and nature-based practices, including the healing presence of horses, helps clients to reconnect with their bodies, release stress and move forward with clarity and empowerment.
