For over 25 years, I have helped adults understand and change patterns that interfere with their well-being and relationships. I specialize in relationship issues, self-worth, boundaries, codependency, anxiety, mood disorders, and childhood trauma, and am Pia Mellody-trained. I especially enjoy working with adults who want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and create meaningful change, including high-functioning individuals and successful professionals who may appear to have it all together while struggling privately.
