Our Team
Has your communication as a couple broken down? Maybe emotions like frustration, anxiety, or grief are getting in the way of connecting with your partner or loved ones. You may feel uncertain what more can be done for a marriage you want badly to work. Perhaps singleness has left you feeling lonely, or a confidential space just sounds like a comfort right now.
Wherever you are, I'm glad you’re here and hanging on. It is a hard thing to need help. It's often harder still to ask for it. If you feel frustrated, stuck, or hopeless in patterns you want to change, I'm here to help.

My goal is to foster safety, trust, and self-compassion as my clients explore change, healing, and wholeness. I am accepting new clients and would love to schedule a phone call or virtual meeting to answer any questions about myself or the process.

Over half of my work is with couples, as well as men struggling with anger. Along with our staff of counselors, through training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), I see and hear needs and feelings long hidden for fear of being hurt again. I can help see when marital conflict itself offers evidence that partners still desire and need each other and when they do not. I know how difficult a process forgiveness and then trust building really are. Slowly, when even one is ready to love again, I equip both to express their hearts with a gentle strength, and to hear each other with compassion.
