I am a California native. I have a variety of social work experience (hospital, hospice, working with victims of abuse, and more), but have found my passion in therapy. I work with ages 13 and up. Some of my areas of focus are: depression, anxiety, trauma, faith transitions, and other life transitions. The therapy modalities I utilize most are EMDR and CBT.
It is important to me to create an environment of inclusivity, where all walks of life can feel comfortable. I tell my clients that making the first call to find a therapist is one of the hardest steps. I am here when you are ready to take that step!
