I specialize in helping patients work through challenges with trauma/PTSD diagnosis, LGBTQ+ population, and grief & loss. I also provide therapy for other issues such as depression and anxiety.
I provide therapy virtually for individuals and couples. Depending on your needs I use a combination of insight therapy, Psycho-dynamic, DBT, EFT, behavioral therapy, and mindfulness to help navigate these difficulties and decrease feelings of shame, guilt, and loneliness.
