Do you have a child or teen that struggles with sports related anxiety and lack of confidence in game settings? Sports hypnosis is my specialty which allows me to help clients with performance related anxieties like sports/athletics, test taking, and public speaking. I have spent the past 10 years perfecting this unique service I offer. Sports hypnosis is appropriate for kids ages 12+ as well as adults. I continue to help clients with generalized anxiety, phobias, social anxiety, depression, and trauma using a combination of CBT, EMDR, creative process, and solution focused therapy.
I use CBT, EMDR, and sports hypnosis to help people learn strategies to meet their goals in life. whether the goal is healing from trauma, reaching elite athletics, better relationships, or coping in healthy ways with life's struggles, I can help!
