While I have professional experience and education, I believe you are the expert on and author of your life. I work with humans navigating life challenges such as anxiety/depression, neurodivergence, trauma, and parenting. I am also queer-affirming. To meet each individual's needs, I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques, often engaging mindfulness and acceptance-based modalities, creative arts, parts work, and person-centered interventions.
