I believe that together we can find that missing link in the connection.I am passionate about building up nurturing, holistic relationships and families in the LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent and BIPOC community, including CNM/polycules. I prioritize culturally competent care that sees and honors all of you and your family too.
I specialize in using attachment-based, solution-focused and somatic therapy techniques to provide safety, insight and new skills to those trying to navigate complex or changing relationship dynamics. To support deeper processing and results I exclusively offer extended sessions of 75 minutes for individuals and 90 minutes for couples, polycules, & families.
