Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply not like yourself, therapy with me is a space to do meaningful, collaborative, and active work at a pace that feels both manageable and grounded.
Many of the clients I work with experience constant “what ifs,” trouble sleeping, and a level of worry that's hard to quiet. You’ll be able to speak freely and feel heard in your experience as we build your ability to tolerate uncertainty, work through what feels unresolved, and cultivate deeper levels of self-compassion.
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, OCD, and performance-related stress. I call on a variety of evidence-based practices, and have a strong interest in working with athletes and individuals balancing multiple roles, including new parents and caregivers, who are navigating pressure, identity shifts, and life transitions.
Beyond any specific approach, I believe healing happens through genuine connection and I prioritize bringing empathy and openness into each session.
