I'm Kierstin, a therapist with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity, strength, and compassion. I hold a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Western Kentucky University, and I’m on the path to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with teens, young adults, and individuals up to age 40, and I’m especially passionate about supporting those facing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, and family or relationship struggles.
My approach is person-centered, non-judgmental, and supportive—rooted in the belief that every person deserves a safe space to explore their story. I also incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients build practical tools for real-life change.
Outside of the therapy space, I'm a wife, a mom to two sweet baby girls, and a proud dog mom. I thrive on warm weather, good coffee, and time spent with my friends and family.
