Whether you’re adjusting to life with a new baby, balancing the demands of raising children, or feeling like you’ve lost yourself along the way, therapy can help. I also support women experiencing pregnancy loss, infertility, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or difficulties with self-worth. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and help you reconnect with yourself with greater clarity, confidence, and self-acceptance.
