I provide psychotherapy to adults (18+) in the perinatal, postpartum, and parenting periods, as well as women throughout all phases of life. I specialize in treating issues such as perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, reproductive loss and trauma, and parenting-related stress and overwhelm. I support clients experiencing life transitions, relationship issues, challenges related to self-worth, as well as those seeking to foster self-awareness and personal growth. I guide clients through a self-explorative process so they can gain clarity and identify the necessary steps toward making the changes they want to see in their lives.
I prioritize empathy, warmth, and authenticity in order to provide a space of non-judgement. I utilize an approach that balances self-compassion with personal accountability for change. I strive to help clients understand themselves through a sociological lens, acknowledging that we are all deeply impacted by our environment and larger systems at play.
It can feel overwhelming to begin therapy, especially when the demands of our daily lives make it difficult to prioritize our wellbeing. My goal is to collaborate with you during this process while helping you to feel empowered, heard, and respected. Please reach out if you're looking for support.
