I am a Certified Hypnotherapist as well as a Certified Financial Social Worker, and use many different methods to help you access your inner strengths, so that you can become more emotionally whole and financially stable. Both in my office, and through online meetings using phone or video, I work with clients to identify behaviors that are impacting emotional health, and through a variety of techniques, help them do change work, making important shifts in their thinking, feeling, and behavior.
I am also a trained leader for the Safe Conversations method for enhancing relationships. This method helps couples (and anyone in relationships) to practice healthier and more robust communication, and to grow in awareness and understanding for each other.
I am also a writer about gender equality philanthropy, which means I follow closely grantmaking and funding for a wide variety of issues including gender-based violence, harassment in the workplace, non-binary gender identity development and advocacy, gender equality in media, government, and the private sector.
