My practice is dedicated to providing compassionate care for individuals, couples, and families facing emotional complexities of infertility and perinatal health, as well as anxiety disorders in teens and young adults. These stressors and life transitions can often make you feel as if you are losing a sense of control as the world keeps going. My goal is to help individuals work towards restoring balance of their personal well-being and build back that self empowerment and confidence.
I have background supporting individuals navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and relationships. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional level 2 and utilize brain based strategies to help individuals struggling with anxiety, infertility, loss, and parenthood.
I understand therapy can be very vulnerable. I embrace uncomfortable conversations and strive to be honest with all my clients to best support you with your needs and goals.
