We alI feel stuck in our life at times around repeating old patterns, managing painful emotions or having critical thoughts of self and others. Maybe you are experiencing depression, life transitions or anxious thoughts. I aim to help clients explore what is causing them distress and identify new ways to overcome those obstacles. If you find yourself engaging in similar patterns and struggling to find effective ways to cope with anxiety or daily stressors, therapy may be a courageous first step to relief.

I work with teens, individuals and relationships on a range of presenting concerns. I practice therapy using a blend of theories including Attachment, Internal Family Systems, Emotion-Focused and Gottman Couples Therapy. More than any theory, the counseling relationship should always come first. I strive to offer a collaborative and client-centered approach.

I approach each client with the understanding that their story and experience is unique to them. I seek to join with clients in a respectful way that acknowledges their own wisdom through practical, supportive, and empathetic connection.
