About
Hello! My passion is working with couples, individuals, children, and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety and depression. My goal is to help adults, children, and adolescents gain coping skills, confidence, self-awareness, and hope through compassionate, strength-based practice.
I am a mother of two children and former special education teacher who learned early to adapt to meet the needs of each of my students with empathy and care. Now as a therapist, I incorporate those same fundamentals. I am a 2021 graduate from Antioch University and am currently practicing under the supervision of Heidi Stauber (LF60777051).
My professional and personal experiences have given me valuable therapeutic skills, as well as the ability to create a safe and compassionate space for listening. It is my honor to be able to walk alongside you in this journey, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
