About
I believe that the journey to mental wellness can begin at any age and should be accessible to anyone regardless of their background. I would be thrilled at the opportunity to work with individuals of any race/culture, gender/sexual orientation, socio-economic status, etc. I believe that all intersecting identities ought to be valued and celebrated and are integral to providing the best care tailored to each client’s particular needs. I work with depression, anxiety, coping skills, anger management, behavioral issues, stress-management, & any life transitions/adjustments, including relationship/peer issues, work/career changes, etc.
I believe that everyone has the right to a lifetime of happiness and authenticity, and thus my aim is to constantly strive to be a counselor who embraces diversity in all forms. I work with the young adult and adult populations and implement a compassionate, person-centered style to create a warm and accepting environment.
We will work together towards increasing your self-esteem and self-concept by increasing alignment to things that matter the most to you. I strive to provide an environment where each individual feels accepted and supported as this truly allows for an honest exploration of struggles as well as strengths.
