Welcome - I'm glad you're here! I offer individual therapy to adults (ages 20+), specializing in adjustment to medical illness and grief/loss, with additional interests in stress management, navigating life transitions, and working through relationship issues. With a career centered around the intersection of mental health and medical care, I am well-versed in the unique challenges that arise for individuals facing loss or illness. Currently, I am accepting clients seeking support for coping with illness (whether their own or a loved one's) or acute/prolonged grief.
My eclectic therapy approach recognizes that therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. By drawing from various modalities, I tailor interventions to each client's unique needs and goals, empowering self-discovery, healing, and growth. I help adults engage in self-care, seek support, and develop coping strategies for anxiety, mood, and life stressors.
