“When we heal ourselves, we also heal our ancestors, our grandmothers, our grandfathers, and our children. When we heal ourselves, we also heal mother earth.” Grandmother Rita Blumenstein. My approach to therapy includes teaching individuals specific tools to foster and create change based on their values within a safe and collaborative space. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, military and veteran specific experiences, intergenerational trauma, and culturally related issues. I am a LGBTQIA+ ally.
Relevant biopsychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and systemic elements are all included in conceptualization and treatment. I have extensive training in ACT, CBT, CPT, PE, mindfulness, and self-compassion modalities.
I love accompanying clients on their journey to uncover what it means to truly love themselves, deeply, genuinely, and whole-heartedly. I’m so grateful to be able to collaborate with and serve people on their journey to healing. It’s my goal to help you live your best life because you deserve it!
