Deciding to start therapy is a courageous way to change your life. Transitions in life are a natural point to lean into change. As a counselor, I guide you to make positive changes in a comfortable and safe space. I believe change happens when we are deeply connected to ourselves. Working with me will enable you to identify current triggers, implement healthy coping skills, and self-regulate moment by moment. We will work together to become your most whole self. I can help you increase your insight, navigate transitions, and to provide support for you to release patterns that are no longer serving you.
My approach is warm, empathetic, respectful, and non-judgmental. I help clients work toward change through art, yoga, music and play.
I specialize in working with individuals in the queer community as well as those experiencing grief and loss. I am a registered art therapist and utilize new, innovative techniques as a means to process whatever is present for you. My goal is to guide you on your path of growth and change, wherever that will lead.
