I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. I specialize in depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and substance use issues. Previously, I worked as a mental health group therapist for adolescents. My broad professional experience with adolescents, young, and middle-aged adults enables me to provide the guidance and support that clients of all ages are seeking.
I completed my Master of Education at the University of West Georgia and utilize multiple interventions to treat clients. However, I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing and have experience with dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
