If you're carrying the weight of a traumatic experience, you may feel stuck between wanting to move forward and not knowing how to begin. I work with both children and adults struggling to acknowledge, process, and heal from trauma, whether it happened recently or years ago. My goal is to help you find real peace and build practical skills to create the life you actually want, not the one trauma left you with. I rely on evidence-based practices, but I also bring my own sense of humor, warmth, and intuition into every session, because healing doesn't have to feel clinical or cold.
I work with children and adults facing trauma/PTSD, ADHD, ODD, low self-esteem, grief, anxiety, and depression. I also support clients through adoption, divorce and separation, domestic violence and sexual assault, family conflict, life transitions, and women's issues. I serve clients throughout Delaware.
My number one motto is "Think. Change." Because changing the way you think can change the way you live. Therapy isn't about being told what's wrong with you — it's about discovering what's already strong in you and building from there.
