Whether you're navigating a major life transition, working through grief or long-held pain, exploring your identity, or seeking more clarity and connection in your relationships, you deserve a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I work with adults, couples, and people in nonmonogamous relationships, creating a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can take root. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of where to begin.
I take a person-centered, relational approach, grounded in the belief that each person has an innate capacity for healing and resilience. I integrate a multicultural perspective, recognizing how identity, culture, and systemic forces shape our mental health. In my work with couples, I utilize Emotion Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method.
I affirm and celebrate people of all identities and backgrounds. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and loss, neurodiversity, gender-based violence, and trauma. Feel free to reach out with questions or for a consultation - I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
