Empowering children, teens and adults to overcome challenges in their everyday life and help them rediscover their strengths and interpersonal competencies is the focus of my practice. My mission is to provide comprehensive behavioral and mental health support and prevention services to all. I am invested in the work I do and approach our work with a warm, caring attitude, utilizing research based modalities (CBT, RBT, ACT, ABA, FST and play based interventions. Certifications: BCBA (Board Certified behavior Analyst) and EMDR trained.
My goal is to work alongside you to foster healthy connections, encourage growth, and support a balanced, fulfilling life. Together, we can build a strong foundation for lasting positive change. Through both ABA services and counseling, I work with you to nurture healthy relationships, promote balance, and create opportunities for growth.
