About
I specialize in relational distress, trauma (including racial based trauma), difficulties with life transitions, perfectionism, overcompensation/high functioning, and symptoms of anxiety and depression. I practice from a holistic, culturally response, and compassionate lens. I work from a systemic and social justice lens, as I recognize the discrimination and oppression experienced by those from marginalized communities. I will work with you, not only as an expert, but also as a coach walking alongside you as you achieve sound healing.
Each session I come authentically myself modeling self-empowerment for my patients. I am curious about your culture and all the details that make you, you! I am compassionate towards my patient’s focusing on building a safe environment aimed to encourage my patient’s to work on historically uncomfortable aspects of their life.
Regardless, if you are seeking individuals, family, or relational services I will be your cheerleader encouraging and pushing you to your desired goals. I believe you got this! I offer a free 15-minutes consultation where you get to determine if I am the right therapist for you. I look forward to hearing from you!
