Hello, my name is Kiara Ninos, LPC, CSAT-C, CCPS-C. My focus is working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual addiction and life transitions. I offer a collaborative, safe, and respectful environment where conversations unfold at their own pace. It is important that a person trusts the therapist who they work with and is able to discuss their problems openly. My area of expertise is working with clients who are adults who are struggling with changes or disruptions within their lives including anxiety, depression, process addiction, infidelity, life transitions and those who are just looking to improve on the changes that they are already making in their lives.
