I am Perinatal Mental Health certified. I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship between counselor and client should foster an environment for change and improved insight. We will identify ways to enhance-self care practices. My hope is to encourage and empower women to take on whatever life may throw at you in your transition to the next life chapter.

As a wife, homeschool mom, & business owner, life’s challenges can produce many emotions & maybe even feel debilitating. My relationship with God, support system, & willingness to accept accountability was essential for personal growth. My own experience with postpartum has helped me to connect with others the challenges that we face in the role of mom.
